How to use Thought to Save Your World

human dynamics mindful intention positive psychology Jan 25, 2022

NOTE:

Thought. As a society, we do precious little of it. We are distracted by so many different things. Without grounding, it's no wonder that mental illness and suicide are on the rise. What can we do? More importantly, what can you do? You can devote yourself to thinking, consistently, about the good, the positive, and what you want and why. This is what we have control over. This is what can create a better world for you and for the world.

This week I recount three recent experiences in my post that further reinforce my belief in the power of thought.

Over the next couple weeks, I will drill into the teachings of Dr. Joe Dispenza, who approaches these manifestation phenomena from a scientific perspective, and I will interview a colleague who has a compelling story of healing manifested through positive thought.

QUOTE:

"Warning: when feelings become the means of thinking, or if we cannot think greater than how we feel, we can never change. To change is to think greater than how we feel. To change is to act greater than the familiar feelings of the memorized self."

POST:

I'm sticking with this theme of the last couple of weeks of mindset and positive psychology. It's a foundation for everything you want and everything you are. If you do not think about what you wish to manifest, positively, and consistently, it will not manifest in the way you desire, or not at all! If you think negatively, you will live that reality. It will become who you are. "I can tell your future, just look what's in your hand" - Robert Hunter.

Like anything that involves belief and faith, how do you muster the energy to commit to change? What evidence do you have that all of this effort will, in the end, work out? Below are three recent experiences I had that reinforce my growing understanding of the power of thought on our day to day lives.
