ABOUT JAMES KAWSKI.
James Kawski helps leaders navigate moments of transition and turn them into seasons of clarity, conviction, and lasting impact.
He leads with integrity, intellectual rigor, and a deep commitment to aligning belief with behavior. His work sits at the intersection of leadership, neuroscience, faith, and high performance, helping accomplished professionals live out what they say matters most, not someday, but now.
James is the Founder of HigherARC, a leadership and development platform built around a simple question. How do capable, driven people elevate not just their performance, but their whole life?
From Complexity to Clarity.
Like many of the leaders he works with, James has crossed multiple inflection points. Some were seized. Others were missed. Over time, one differentiator became undeniable. Persistence, paired with clarity, changes everything.
Early in his career, James experienced a defining moment that set the trajectory for decades to come. As a senior Electrical Engineering student at the Rochester Institute of Technology, he followed a hunch that a newly forming Microelectronic Engineering program might need support. That instinct launched a 35 year career spanning manufacturing, engineering leadership, investor relations, executive management, and CEO roles across global organizations.
He has seen performance from every seat at the table, until clarity gave way to cloudiness once again.
Rather than defaulting to the next role, James chose a different path. He engaged a high performance coach and committed to doing the deeper work. That decision reshaped his direction and ultimately led to the founding of HigherARC.
High Performance with Depth.
HigherARC is built on a simple premise. Sustainable excellence is not accidental. It is trained. James works with leaders using proven high performance frameworks grounded in neuroscience, behavioral science, and applied leadership practice. These include the six core high performance habits: clarity, energy, productivity, courage, influence, and performance necessity.
In recent years, James has expanded this work to more explicitly integrate faith, vocation, and leadership through the Salt and Light Mastermind. Rooted in Matthew 5:13–16, this work helps leaders live visibly aligned lives where faith informs decisions, relationships, and work without compartmentalization.
James is currently pursuing doctoral studies at the Knowles Johnson Institute, focusing on human and organizational growth and development. His research explores the relationship between Christian faith and human flourishing, with a particular emphasis on leadership, purpose, and transformation.
The Way He Leads.
James brings a calm, grounded presence that puts people at ease while challenging them to grow. His optimism is practical, not naive. His humor disarming, not distracting.
Beneath that steadiness is a competitive drive to keep evolving, both personally and professionally. He understands the stretch zone because he lives there. More importantly, he knows how to help others navigate it without burning out or losing themselves in the process.
An Invitation.
Moments of transition are invitations. Ignoring them comes at a cost.
If you sense that something more is required of you, more clarity, more alignment, more courage, this may be your moment.
You do not need more noise. You need a clearer arc.
