Lead at a High Level Without Leaving Your Faith at the Door

You don’t want another generic leadership program.

The SALT + LIGHT Framework is a 12-session faith-integrated coaching journey for founders, executives, creators, and high-impact professionals who refuse to compartmentalize their faith. We build a practical, repeatable operating system that anchors your life and leadership in Scripture and delivers measurable outcomes in your

Who This Is For

The SALT & LIGHT Framework is designed for faith-driven leaders who:

  • Carry real responsibility — teams, clients, revenue, or a mission that matters.
  • Feel the tension between spiritual depth and high performance — and want both.
  • Crave clarity of calling and focus for the next season of life and work.
  • Are curious about rebuilding and deepening their faith after a season in the wilderness.
  • Want sustainable energy and rhythms that don’t burn out their body or their soul.
  • Value accountability, honest conversation, and Scripture-anchored coaching.
  • Are ready to commit to consistent rhythms and real follow-through between sessions.
  • If you’ve ever thought, “I know God is in this, but my life doesn’t feel aligned,” this is for you.

What Is the SALT & LIGHT Framework?

The SALT & LIGHT Framework is a 12-session coaching framework built around four core pillars:

Spiritual Anchors – Root your identity, decisions, and daily rhythm in God.
Purposeful Work – Clarify your calling and let excellence preach the Gospel.
Enduring Vitality – Steward your body, mind, and energy as God’s temple.
Relational Depth – Build stronger, Christ-centered relationships at home and at work.

Each session combines:

  • A Scripture anchor that sets the tone and direction.
  • High-performance coaching that digs into your real context.
  • Simple, specific action steps you commit to before the next session.

The result is not just “more insight” — it’s a transformed operating system for how you show up every day.

The 12-Session Journey

Pillar 1:
Spiritual Anchors (Sessions 1–3)
Aim: Root your soul in God.
  • First Love, First Hour
Re-order your mornings so God gets your first and best, not your leftovers. Build a daily first-fruits rhythm of prayer and Scripture (Matthew 6:33).
  • Tuning the Inner Radio
Learn to recognize and respond to the Holy Spirit’s promptings in real time through simple listening and journaling practices (John 10:27).
  • Faith → Action Converter
Close the gap between what you believe and what you actually do. Each week, identify and schedule one bold, faith-filled action (James 2:17).

Pillar 2:
Purposeful Work (Sessions 4–6)
Aim: Root your soul in God.
  • Vocation vs. Vacation
Clarify your calling and craft a one-sentence vocational mission statement that aligns faith, gifting, and work (Colossians 3:23).
  • Excellence as Worship
Turn your tasks, meetings, and projects into offerings to God by building micro-habits of excellence into your daily work (Romans 12:1).
  • Kingdom KPIs
Redefine what “winning” looks like. Map your key projects to people, purpose, and profit so success is measured in Kingdom terms, not just spreadsheets (Matthew 25:21).

Pillar 3:
Enduring Vitality (Sessions 7–9)
Aim: Steward the temple.
  • Body: The Original Wearable Tech
Establish a realistic baseline for movement, sleep, and nutrition that supports your calling instead of sabotaging it (1 Corinthians 6:19–20).
  • Sabbath: God’s Performance Hack
Design and protect a weekly 24-hour Sabbath that restores your mind, body, and soul so you can run hard the other six days (Mark 2:27).
  • Bounce-Back Blueprint
Build a resilience protocol for stress, setbacks, and spiritual attack — including prayer, breathwork, and mindset shifts rooted in God’s promises (Isaiah 40:31).

Pillar 4:
Relational Depth (Sessions 10–12)
Aim: Love God, love people.
  • Presence Over Presents
Trade distraction for presence. Implement a simple phone-down framework and
listening tools to be fully there with the people who matter most (James 1:19).
  • Conflict Redemption
Learn how to address tension, hurt, and disagreement in a way that leads to
reconciliation and growth using Matthew 18 and practical EQ tools (Matthew 18:15).
  • Circle of Three
Identify and invest in a rhythm of mentor, peer, and mentee relationships so you are consistently being sharpened and sharpening others (Proverbs 27:17).

SALT + LIGHT: Foundation and Expression

SALT builds the internal foundation of your life and leadership; LIGHT is how that foundation shows up in the world.

LIGHT summarizes the outward expression of a faith-aligned operating system:

L – Lifestyle – Structure your days, habits, and priorities so your life itself
becomes worship (Romans 12:1).

I – Influence – Lead others by embodying Christ-like integrity, courage, and
grace in every environment (Matthew 5:16).

G – Generosity – Live open-handedly—sharing time, talent, and resources as
an act of gratitude and trust (2 Corinthians 9:11).

H – Hope – Maintain a resilient, future-oriented confidence grounded in God’s
promises, not circumstances (Romans 15:13).

T – Testimony – Tell the story of what God has done through your life—in words
and actions that point others to Him (Revelation 12:11).

As the 12 SALT sessions anchor your inner world, the LIGHT framework helps you translate that alignment into visible impact at home, at work, and in every sphere of influence.

Biblical Foundation: Matthew 5:13–16

In Matthew 5:13–16, Jesus tells His followers they are “the salt of the earth” and “the light of the world,” called to live in such a way that others see their good works and glorify the Father in heaven.

In other words:

  • Salt of the earth – Your presence is meant to preserve what is good, slow
decay, and bring out the God-given flavor in every environment you enter.
  • Light of the world – Your life is meant to be seen—not for your glory, but so that others can see the reality of God through your character, your work, and your relationships.

The SALT & LIGHT Framework is designed to help you embody this passage in your actual calendar, habits, and leadership—anchored deeply in Christ on the inside, and
courageously visible for His glory on the outside.
