Led by Certified High-Performance Coach and master communicator Jim Kawski, this 1-hour workshop will center on the importance of purpose for maximizing productivity and optimizing life experiences. We discuss ways to identify and refine your purpose and then work together on determining how to engineer your day-to-day activities around your purpose.

In this interactive workshop, Jim and his team will facilitate 1:1 breakout rooms for team building in a Mastermind style format. We provide attendees with all the tools and resources to refine their personal purpose statements. Additionally, you will have access to a "members only" portal where you can connect with fellow attendees and download new weekly resources.

Note that this will be in a Mastermind Format. Participation is encouraged. There will be 1:1 breakout sessions to maximize social learning.
